The program also aims to cultivate students who care for the community, serve society, understand workplace ethics, and possess the necessary attitudes to address Taiwan's challenges of declining birth rates and an aging population. Additionally, graduates are expected to contribute internationally to alleviate the crisis in the global healthcare system. (II) Core Competency Indicators for the Special Class (Please specify the competency indicators) The program is oriented towards cultivating professional knowledge and practical learning, focusing on the education and training of professionals in the field of aging health management. The core competency indicators are designed in collaboration with industry demands and student-oriented abilities, following a thorough discussion by the department's curriculum committee.
